The Vice President, Information Technology will be responsible for managing all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals. This role involves overseeing system development, enhancement, and integration, as well as managing IT inventory, hardware, and software compliance. The VP will also conduct security reviews, implement regulatory requirements, and develop IT policies and procedures. Additionally, they will manage telecommunications infrastructure, negotiate vendor agreements, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place, while adhering to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations.

• Analyze complex business needs presented by the user and recommends technical solutions.
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications.
• Reviews all designs, code, and unit test plans where applicable.
• Participates in all hardware and software evaluations.
• Support and maintain existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications and peripherals.
• Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance.
• Oversee systems development and enhancement, and the integration of new systems within the existing environment.
• Manage IT inventory of hardware and software, and ensure compliance of acquisition policy and end-of-life policy of the bank;
• Lead technical review and test of any newly developed systems or applications;
• Conduct periodical security review of network, application systems, and user assess;
• Review and implement regulatory requirements in IT policies and procedures;
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
