This is a 100% ONSITE, 5 days a week, role based at the client location in Plainview, New York

• Perform work varying from phone/email support to project-based work.
• Respond to calls tickets and emails, troubleshooting reported issues in a helpdesk environment
• Answer tickets via phone, email, or chat and own resolution of all incidents requests to closure
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain desktop hardware and support of business applications
• Responsible for new End user Onboarding
• Provide Network connectivity troubleshooting and control room support
• Maintain hardware inventory in designated site pantry inventory management tools
• Ship and receive assets
• Support remote workforce, troubleshoot and diagnose root cause of issues to resolution

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Deskside Support Specialist (hardware configuration & support) troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 Suite of Applications, and first call resolutions while being able to multitask hardware related issues, including enterprise printer support.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in imaging workstations (desktops/laptops), providing VPN/VDI support, and performing Installs, Moves, Adds, & Changes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with inventory management of corporate assets
• High School Diploma or GED

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively & professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Experience working with Service Now ticketing system
• Call center support experience
• Bachelors or Associates degree
