Infrastructure & IT Operations Senior Vice President

The Infrastructure & IT Operations Manager I leads enterprise infrastructure and technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure delivery of server, endpoint, virtual desktop, voice/telephony, and infrastructure automation services.

This role provides hands-on technical leadership for Cisco and IPC voice platforms, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft System Center Orchestrator
. The Manager leads incident response and service restoration, coordinates infrastructure projects and maintenance, and partners with Network Administrators, Help Desk, IT Development, Information Security, application teams, main-office support groups, vendors, and end users.

The position supports Bank and Securities entities, including Trading Floor operations
, and is responsible for configuration management, change control, technical standards, documentation, operational procedures, and Disaster Recovery readiness.

• Lead daily Infrastructure & IT Operations activities, prioritize work, coordinate technical resources, mentor staff, and provide escalation support.
• Ensure enterprise infrastructure services remain available, stable, secure, and within established service expectations

• Manage enterprise VoIP and telephony
  , including Cisco Unified Communications / Call Manager and IPC Unigy voice/trading platforms and endpoints.
• Manage enterprise VDI
  , including Nutanix / VMware Horizon or comparable platforms, covering availability, performance, capacity, image management, upgrades, and end-user experience.
• Administer Microsoft SCCM/MECM for endpoint configuration, software distribution, operating-system deployment, patching, collections, reporting, compliance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) runbooks, integrations, and workflow automation for provisioning, service requests, repetitive tasks, and operational remediation.
• Maintain infrastructure security controls, including permissions, accounts, open ports, antivirus/EDR, patching, hardening, backups, audit logging, and production controls.
• Monitor system, application, voice, VDI, and infrastructure logs and proactively identify potential service-impacting issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and manage lifecycle replacement of enterprise hardware and software.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, Windows workstations
  , and related Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Maintain configuration management and change control across infrastructure, virtualization, voice, VDI, endpoint, and automation platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, problem management, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor performance, capacity, reliability, and resiliency and provide operational and management reporting.
• Research and recommend infrastructure products, services, standards, automation opportunities, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, diagrams, technical standards, operational runbooks, training plans, and Disaster Recovery documentation.
• Coordinate incidents, service restoration, maintenance, upgrades, migrations, patch cycles, and projects with internal teams and vendors.
• Support infrastructure asset management, licensing, support contracts, budgeting, capacity planning, vendor management, and technology roadmaps.
• Provide clear technical and management communication during incidents, changes, projects, audits, and stakeholder reviews.
