Chief Data and Analytics Office, Legal and Regulatory Change Management Practice — Vice President

The Chief Data and Analytics Office is responsible for accelerating the firm’s data and analytics journey. This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the firm’s data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The team also develops and implements solutions that support commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly.

As a Vice President in the Chief Data and Analytics Office Legal and Regulatory Change Management practice, you fulfil critical roles in helping the organization to identify, assess, and implement complex laws, rules, and regulations and deliver meaningful impact and support across your region, the business, and the firm. You will be responsible for gathering artificial intelligence, data, and privacy laws, rules, and regulations and, using risk-based methodologies and artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, you will classify, communicate, and track firm-wide assessment and implementation activities associated with them.

You will also be responsible for gathering and mapping artificial intelligence, data, and privacy-based legal obligations to the team’s policies and procedures to support compliance. You will assist on broader change and transformation work, partnering across technology, product, and business teams on a range of projects and initiatives.

In this role, you will deliver outcomes across the North America region.

• Partner with regional data and analytics leadership and collaborate with business teams, lines of business, and corporate functions to manage the firm’s response to new regulations.
• Design and develop internal Legal and Regulatory Change Management artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions and integrate solutions from across the firm.
• Source regulatory events from multiple intake channels and take end-to-end ownership of them.
• Track impact assessments and implementation progress, maintaining transparency throughout.
• Manage forums, general communications, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on legal obligations processes and tools, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Compile procedure gap analysis data and recommend actions to senior business control management stakeholders on how gaps should be addressed.
• Respond to and resolve items identified through quality assurance and audit processes.

• Experience covering regulations related to artificial intelligence, data, and privacy.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, including development and integration into business use cases.
