Certified Digital Court Reporters

Seeking certified digital court reporters to work for our growing company. We are a completely remote, one-stop-shop, court reporting company focusing on depositions and EUOs. We provide the platform, the court reporter, video and audio, transcript and repository services. Our company was founded as a remote company and will continue to be a completely remote company after pandemic restrictions end.

Duties include recording and annotating proceedings, ability to readback verbatim and/or provide live playback of the record as required, manage exhibits, as well as impartially facilitate the proceeding experience. Must have strong understanding of the judicial system and legal proceeding protocols. Ability to perform research, confirm spellings, take transcript orders and provide detailed notes for our editing staff are all important skills.

Ideal candidates would have legal transcription experience, have excellent English and grammar skills, have a can-do attitude and understand the importance of reliability and good communication. We are also keen to work with new reporters who have completed a training program as digital court reporters.

• Remote Online Notary in the state they reside
• AAERT-certified CER or CDR (or ability to obtain within 6 months of contract)
• Type 50+ wpm
• HS Diploma
• Ability to create the certified transcript
• Looking for reporters throughout the country
