IT Support Engineer | Onsite in NYC | $75,000 to $85,000 + Benefits
A rapidly expanding international legal services organisation is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its growing US technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a modern, cloud focused environment. You’ll work closely with teams across the US and UK, supporting Microsoft technologies, identity, endpoints and SaaS applications while getting exposure to wider cloud and workplace transformation projects.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide technical support across Microsoft cloud and end user technologies.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune and Conditional Access.
- Manage SaaS applications, user provisioning and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across cloud and end user environments.
- Work closely with global technology teams to support users across the US and UK.
- Support endpoint management, device compliance and wider security initiatives.
- Contribute to cloud transformation and modern workplace projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and help improve IT processes and support standards.
- Experience working in a Microsoft focused IT support or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra endpoint management.
- Understanding of Conditional Access, identity and access management.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and modern workplace technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer focused approach.
- Good understanding of IT security and device compliance.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across different locations.
- Experience supporting legal or professional services environments would be advantageous.
