Company Overview:
A global investment firm with a rich history since 1936, focusing on trust, innovation, and flexibility, is seeking an Applied AI specialist. This role will lead the integration of AI capabilities across the firm's diverse investment operations.
Job Responsibilities:- Deploy and scale AI tools for approximately 30 global users, embedding adoption into durable workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure integrating structured and unstructured data from 20+ years of proprietary databases and third-party sources.
- Partner with the investment team to enhance research through AI tools that improve analysis, monitoring, and idea generation.
- Connect research and data platforms to AI-enabled workflows, creating reusable templates and models.
- Streamline and automate accounting, finance, and performance reporting workflows.
- Support business development and client relationships through AI-enabled client reporting and CRM tracking.
- Automate client-facing deliverables, including presentations and recurring communications.
- Oversee data quality, governance, and reliability to ensure accurate and auditable outputs.
- Manage outsourced IT and vendors across infrastructure, cloud, security, and privacy.
- Lead project management across timelines, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
- 4 to 10 years of experience delivering technology or data-driven solutions in a business environment.
- Hands-on experience with applied AI, data platforms, or automation, including structuring large datasets.
- Strong grasp of operationalizing data systems and integrating third-party sources into workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions without hands-on coding.
- Working knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy, including managing outsourced IT.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in financial services or investments is a plus.
Salary: $200,000 - $200,000, Plus Bonus
