We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support Workday implementations,enhancements, configuration, testing, and HR transformation initiatives.
The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design Workday solutions, and support successful delivery.
End-to-end Workday HCMimplementation experience is required.
Responsibilities- Act as the Functional Consultant for Workday HCMimplementations and enhancements.
- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops andfit-gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into Workday functional designs.
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll,Benefits, and technical teams.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Provide post-go-live support.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with HR policies,security, and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience as a Workday HCMFunctional Consultant
