• Conduct thorough data and information research to support project needs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
• Utilize computer applications and software to analyze and interpret data.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and project progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

• ** Data Visualization Expertise:
  ** Proven experience with PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau for dashboard development and reporting, translating complex business requirements into meaningful and actionable visualizations.
• ** SQL Proficiency:
  ** Strong command of SQL, including advanced SELECT statements, multi-table JOINs (INNER, LEFT), and aggregations (COUNT, SUM, GROUP BY, etc.).
• ** Advanced SQL Troubleshooting:
  ** Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot existing SQL code, investigate data discrepancies, missing records, and validation issues, and reconcile record counts across joins and datasets.
• ** Data Analysis & Research:
  ** Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and interpret complex data to support business needs and strategic objectives.
• ** Problem Solving & Investigative
  
  Skills:
  
  ** Capable of independently identifying root causes of data issues, conducting thorough investigations, and clearly explaining findings.
• ** Office Suite Proficiency:
  ** Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data manipulation and analysis), Word, and PowerPoint (for reporting and presentations).

• Customer Service Experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
• Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Business Intelligence Experience, including working with reporting, KPIs, metrics, and business performance data.
