Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements to facilitate effective solutions.
Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams to align project goals.
Track project risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones to mitigate issues.
Assist in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
Internship or academic project experience is preferred.
