Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: New York

We are seeking a Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant to drive implementation, testing, and data migration across SAP Success Factors initiatives. You will partner with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, validate data, and ensure high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities Support implementation of SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Work Force Time Management Contribute  to configuration support activities across all project phases

Execute testing activities and track defects to maintain solution quality

Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities

Provide post-go-live support and drive issue resolution

Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions

Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements

Communicate with stakeholders to collect requirements and share progress updates

Coordinate within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Professional experience of 3+ years with SAP Success Factors Hands -on experience supporting SAP Success Factors implementation or support projects

Solid understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management

Proven track record with testing activities and defect management

Practical exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Nice to have

Experience with SAP Success Factors modules such as Workforce Time Management (WFT), Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
SAP Success Factors certification(s)

Experience with data migration tools and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with integration and reporting concepts

Experience working in Agile project environments
