What You'll Do

You will partner with TEG leadership, our recruiting team, and our ATS provider to manage the implementation and ensure the system is configured around our business needs and recruiting processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Own the ATS implementation project from planning and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization
Serve as the primary project manager between internal stakeholders and the SaaS/ATS provider
Assess current recruiting processes and translate business requirements into system workflows
Develop and manage the implementation plan, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timeline
Design and configure workflows across the recruiting lifecycle, including search intake, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, client interviews, offers, and placements
Evaluate and optimize candidate, client/contact, job/search, and business development data structures
Lead data mapping, cleanup, migration, validation, and data-governance efforts
Build and/or coordinate dashboards, reports, and recruiting KPIs
Identify opportunities for automation, templates, integrations, and workflow efficiencies
Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot implementation issues and proactively manage project risks
Develop system documentation, processes, and best practices
Create and facilitate training for recruiters and other system users
Develop an adoption strategy to ensure consistent use of the platform following implementation
Recommend opportunities to further optimize the ATS after launch

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience leading SaaS and/or ATS implementation projects
Experience with recruiting technology such as Crelate, Bullhorn, Job Adder, Loxo, Recruit CRM, Vincere, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting, or similar platforms
Direct Crelate implementation or administration experience is highly preferred
Strong project management skills with experience managing implementations from requirements gathering through go-live
Understanding of recruiting, staffing, executive search, or talent acquisition operations
Experience with workflow design and business-process optimization
Experience with ATS/CRM data migration, mapping, cleanup, and validation
Understanding of system integrations, automation, reporting, and analytics
Experience developing recruiting dashboards and KPIs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and keep an implementation moving forward
Experience with change management, user training, and technology adoption

Engagement

This is a remote, project-based/contract consulting engagement.

We are open to an independent consultant, fractional technology/recruiting operations professional, or experienced implementation project manager.

The initial engagement will focus on successfully implementing and launching our new ATS, with the potential for additional optimization work following implementation.
