You Are:

• Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more.
• Comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of work streams and configuring SAP solutions.
• Up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The Work:

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick‑start transformation programs, whether domain‑ or platform‑led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing work streams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all work streams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

• You’ve got external consulting experience
• You’ve got experience with Success Factors integration to Payroll
• You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
