- Agile Delivery Leadership
- Advanced Scrum Master experience
- Agile and Dev Ops best practices
- Agile Business Analysis
- Lead Agile delivery efforts across multiple teams and technology work streams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
. - Partner with Product Owners to define Program Increment (PI) objectives
, prioritize features, and align delivery roadmaps. - Drive consistent delivery execution while ensuring alignment with Agile and Dev Ops best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage complex technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and technical goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans
. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies using RAID and governance frameworks
. - Manage budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define requirements and delivery priorities.
- Create Epics, Features, and User Stories
, ensuring clear acceptance criteria. - Define Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) for development teams.
- Perform business process mapping and data flow analysis to support system design and development.
- Develop and document business rules and functional requirements
.
- Experience leading Agile delivery for Salesforce platform initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Experience partnering with Salesforce Product Owners, Administrators, Developers, and Architects.
- Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, release management, and platform governance.
- Experience managing Salesforce-related enhancements, integrations, and enterprise application delivery initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
. - 10+ years of experience in technical project management or Agile delivery leadership
. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise technology delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery environments
. - Experience coordinating Program Increment (PI) planning and large-scale Agile initiatives
. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in complex enterprise environments.
