About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to join our technology team and lead the design of scalable, secure, and business-focused technology solutions. This is a high-impact role for a technology professional who can translate complex business requirements into practical technical architectures and work collaboratively with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration, stakeholder meetings, architecture reviews, and project engagements. The initial engagement is a 12-month renewable contract, with renewal opportunities based on performance, business needs, and project requirements.
What You’ll Do- 1
- Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and scalability needs. - 2
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical architectures and solution designs. - 3
- Evaluate applications, platforms, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, databases, and technology services. - 4
- Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution roadmaps, and implementation plans. - 5
- Partner with software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle. - 6
- Assess existing technology environments and identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, automation, and cost reduction. - 7
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations based on business value, feasibility, security, and long-term sustainability. - 8
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, integration challenges, and potential architectural constraints. - 9
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance, vendor evaluations, and technology selection processes. - 10
- Ensure proposed solutions meet enterprise security, reliability, performance, compliance, and scalability expectations. - 11
- Provide technical leadership while remaining engaged throughout implementation and delivery. - 12
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 1- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems architecture, software engineering, infrastructure, cloud technology, or a closely related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex technology solutions. - 3
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, databases, networking, infrastructure, and modern software architectures. - 4
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. - 5
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, data protection, and enterprise technology risk. - 6
- Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical documentation, roadmaps, and solution specifications. - 7
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - 8
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical requirements and long-term architecture strategy. - 9
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
