Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective policyholders via phone, email, and SMS Retain and grow customers by managing renewals and presenting competitive solutions Drive revenue through consultative selling and quoting additional lines of coverage
Required Qualifications 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states Proven success in preventing cancellations and cross-selling additional products Highly proficient in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRMs Detail-oriented and capable of performing high-quality work with limited oversight
