Job Title: Insurance Data Entry Specialist
Location: Remote (Must be in EST or CST time zone, preferably EST)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Job Summary:
Aon Services is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Data Entry Specialist to support insurance certificate and policy request processing, specifically in Workers' Compensation insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong data management and data entry skills, along with experience in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance certificates and policy requests, focusing on Workers’ Compensation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on client policies.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in insurance documents.
- Interpret client requirement documents and update internal systems accordingly.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and proprietary Aon systems for data management.
- Shift between priorities efficiently while maintaining productivity.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy-related inquiries.
Required : experience with creating insurance certificates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry (Workers’ Compensation preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in data management and data entry.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED required (College degree preferred).
- Prior experience in insurance data processing is a plus.
