Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
Uncapped commission bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with match. Work week: hybrid or remote flexibility (Northeast region).

You’ll also have the autonomy to make underwriting decisions while mentoring junior staff.

• Build and grow a book of business that supports your salary package and earns uncapped commission.
• Manage agency relationships and lead marketing initiatives to attract new business and drive renewals.
• Make underwriting decisions on E&S and specialty lines, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Mentor and develop junior underwriting staff, fostering professional growth and skill development.
• Maintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through on day‑to‑day underwriting tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial lines underwriting experience; E&S or specialty experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within the insurance industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Commitment to professional growth; CPCU, CIC, or similar designations a plus.
• Active insurance license preferred.
