- Negotiation: Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters.
- Policy Mapping:Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments.
- Insurance Archaeology:Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs.
- Claim Management: Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow, including notice, tender, and cost-share agreements.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm
