Assistant Client Services Specialist

Marshall and Sterling Inc is seeking an Assistant Client Services Specialist to support our insurance and financial services teams. In this role, you will assist in servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts, prepare policy documents, process endorsements, and respond to client inquiries by phone and email. You will coordinate with carriers, track renewals, maintain accurate client records in our systems, and help resolve service issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts
• Prepare quotes, proposals, certificates, and policy documents
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve coverage and billing issues
• Maintain and update client records in CRM or agency management systems
• Monitor renewal timelines and support account managers with follow-up
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support team projects and initiatives to enhance client experience
• Participate in training and development to grow insurance knowledge
