Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $46,000.00 Annually
Summary
Responsible for receiving and entering first reports into claim system and sending associated correspondence for Claims Departments.
- Input new losses into Claims System.
- Send claim correspondence.
- Receive, make and transfer phone calls.
- Overtime required periodically.
- Insurance Claims Knowledge; a basic understanding of the type of claims generated from a car accident.
- Ability to read a police report.
- Ability to handle high call volume.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to use imaging system.
- Work well in a team environment.
