Responsibilities- Assist underwriters in servicing new and existing accounts.
- Book accounts, prepare endorsements and binders, evaluate new and renewal policies and endorsements, and prepare and issue manuscript policies.
- Service accounts, including resolving agent inquiries, complaints, requests, and policy processing activities according to guidelines.
- Gather and organize specified information and reports to assist in the underwriting decision.
- Meet all service requirements, including issuance of all binders within 24 hours, booking all policies within 30 days of the last underlying received, and adhering to all other corporately mandated service guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong portfolio management and production skills with an understanding of the company’s business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must be able to work in a high volume atmosphere.
- Must be extremely organized.
