Senior Claims Specialist

Eames Consulting has partnered with a leading P&C insurance carrier looking to add an experienced Senior Bodily Claims Adjuster

• Secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s).
• Handle complex commercial liability, Auto and bodily injury claims, including higher severity exposures.
• Exercise significant limits of authority, discretion, and independent judgment in claim handling.
• Identify potentially suspicious claims and ensure proper investigations.
• Provide coverage interpretation and draft detailed positional coverage letters.
• Manage all aspects of claims, including informal hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and claims litigation.
• 5–10 years of Commercial Auto claims experience.
• JD/Law background; industry designations preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to resolve complex situations while maintaining relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft and present clear coverage positions.
• Knowledge of statutes, regulations, and case law related to claims.
