Position Overview

Reporting to the Deputy Group Head of Exposure Management, the Head of Specialty Exposure Management, is responsible for ensuring completeness of the non-natural catastrophe and liability risk portfolio across all applicable Ascot lines of business. This role is responsible for managing the day to day work of a team of Exposure Management analysts, encompassing pre and post-bind modelling, portfolio production and all elements of reporting.

This includes working closely with underwriting teams to optimize return on capacity as well as ensuring our models are sufficiently robust and appropriately validated. This position provides an excellent opportunity for the candidate to lead the non-natural catastrophe modelling function within an insurance operation, to provide direction on analytics and future workflow plans, and work closely with senior members of a growing organization.
