We are seeking an experienced Premier Private Client Account Executive to manage and service a High-Net-Worth (HNW) personal lines book of business. This role focuses on quoting and binding new business, conducting renewal reviews, maintaining client retention, and delivering exceptional service to affluent clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service an assigned High-Net-Worth (HNW) personal lines book of business with accounts exceeding $50K in premium.
- Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, proposal presentations, applications, binders, and policy issuance.
- Create applications, supplemental forms, Broker of Record forms, certificates, Evidence of Property, Auto , and coverage summaries.
- Conduct comprehensive client renewal reviews to support retention and coverage optimization.
- Communicate with insurance carriers, wholesale brokers, and clients regarding policy coverage, renewals, endorsements, and Excess & Surplus Lines placements.
- Ensure policy compliance, maintain accurate client records, and protect confidential client information.
- Stay current on industry trends, High-Net-Worth insurance products, coverage updates, and emerging technologies.
- Meet agency service standards and quality metrics while supporting team projects and providing backup to Account Managers as needed.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
- 5+ years of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines insurance experience, including at least 3 years managing accounts with $50K+ in annual premium.
- Experience working with High-Net-Worth insurance carriers such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati Insurance, and Berkley One.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and Excess & Surplus Lines placements.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using AMS
360 Agency Management System. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), carrier portals, and agency technology tools such as Scribe.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth clients.
- Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and adapting to new technologies, including AI tools.
