Senior Personal Lines Account Executive – High Net Worth

• Provide professional stewardship, including annual exposure reviews, to ensure clients are adequately protected
• Assess client assets and potential risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Develop client relationships as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for personal insurance
• Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverage; recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs
• Collaborate independently and in groups with internal assistant, accounting, marketing, and claims resources
• Manage the renewal process to maximize retention and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver outstanding customer service through professional, timely, and accurate communication
• Establish relationships with carriers, underwriters, and marketing representatives
• Resolve complex service or coverage issues with team members and producers
• Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents in EPIC using workflows and procedures
• Escalate internal and external service concerns to appropriate departments or management

• Minimum 6–9 years of personal lines insurance experience required
• Experience working with High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), or private clientele required
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail

• Associate’s Degree or higher is desired, or equitable experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems; preference for experience with Applied EPIC
