Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships and provide follow-up support when needed.
- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous customer service.
- Assist customers with questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and bring a consistent commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
