** Dispatcher H/F
** est de planifier les interventions techniques (installation et maintenance de nos équipements). Vous faites partie d'une équipe technique et évoluez sous la responsabilité du Responsable Technique Régional.
** Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :**
* ** Accueil téléphonique et support client** : vous êtes le premier point de contact pour nos clients et menez des investigations pour répondre efficacement à leurs problématiques.
* ** Diagnostic à distance** : vous réalisez des maintenances de premier niveau par téléphone et évaluez les besoins pour une intervention sur site.
* ** Organisation des interventions** : vous planifiez en temps réel les déplacements des techniciens en optimisant les plannings en fonction des priorités et de la proximité géographique.
* ** Anticipation des besoins** : vous veillez à ce que les techniciens disposent des pièces détachées nécessaires pour intervenir rapidement et efficacement.## Profil Pour réussir dans ce rôle, voici les qualités et compétences recherchées :
* Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation
** Bac à Bac+2
** et possédez de solides bases techniques, idéalement dans le domaine du dentaire.
* Vous avez le
** sens du service client**, êtes capable d’une **écoute active
** et d’un relationnel de qualité.
* Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un
** fort esprit d’analyse**.
