Patient Communications Operator (Bilingual Russian/English) – Ridge, NY – 5‑/8.5‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday. Organization:
New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS).
- Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues.
- Enter data into the computer.
- Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
- At least 1 year’s experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical field.
- Excellent computer and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Russian.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
Starting at $23 per hour.
