About Our Family

We are a busy, energetic family in Brooklyn, balancing our careers and raising a lively toddler with the help of our 5-year-old Bernedoodle. Our home is where everything comes together, and we're looking for someone to help us keep things running smoothly. We appreciate organization, flexibility, and a calm presence amidst our busy lives. From coordinating errands to managing household tasks, we need a self-sufficient, proactive individual who can stay on top of things and keep our home organized and efficient.

We value a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere and want to bring someone on board who will fit seamlessly into our family dynamic; someone who can anticipate needs, stay ahead of tasks, and help us enjoy our time together. We are a tight-knit team who loves hosting family and friends, and we want to find a trusted partner who can add value to our everyday lives and be a key part of our family’s flow.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an organized, fastidious, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and can manage a variety of tasks with ease. You have a project manager mentality, capable of handling tasks from start to finish and proactively identifying areas for improvement. You’re self-directed and able to take the reins with minimal supervision, ensuring everything from grocery shopping to vendor coordination is executed to perfection.

You are resilient and can gracefully take feedback, adjusting quickly to maintain the high standards the family expects.

You have a warm and friendly personality, building rapport with both us and our dog! Whether you're providing backup childcare for the day, pet sitting, or coordinating household errands, you approach each task with care, enthusiasm, and flexibility. A strong communicator, you’ll keep everyone in the loop with clear updates and manage day-to-day responsibilities with confidence.

In addition to your great personality and communication skills, you’re also highly proactive and able to take initiative in the home. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of duties, including maintaining household organization systems, running errands, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with seasonal tasks. Your ability to follow directions while confidently taking ownership of tasks, like managing laundry, preparing for family events, or overseeing the upkeep of the family vehicles, will make you an invaluable part of the team.

You’ll be expected to identify needs before they arise, suggesting solutions and keeping everything running smoothly with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
