Location: New York
IDEAL is seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin/Cantonese speaking) for a full-time role in New York. You will be responsible for conducting compliance calls and supporting consumers and their Personal Assistants.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume outbound calls with empathy. This position offers a competitive pay of $17 - $20 per hour along with employer-funded healthcare and paid time off.
