We are looking for our future technical and maintenance agent H/F to join the seasonal team of our residence Domaine du Golf de Cabre d'Or in Cabriès (13480). Under the responsibility of the residence manager, your main duties during the season will include:
Ensuring the technical and routine maintenance of the Residence (chalets, equipment, pool, all infrastructures, etc.) Performing minor repairs within the residence (replacement of light bulbs, current outlets, switches...). Ensuring the arrangement of outdoor spaces, pools, terraces, various repair work Maintaining the functioning state of the residence Identifying all needs related to the proper functioning of the residence Knowing the interventions recorded in the notebook provided by the manager, which he will inform at each intervention to ensure the proper follow-up of corrective actions Following and organizing the technical interventions of external companies

Experience profile:

Minimum experience:

Maintenance agent or similar: 1 year min

Thorough Active & Dynamic Handy Team-oriented and methodical in the tasks assigned to you Driven by a passion for service and oriented towards customer satisfaction Knowledge of a technical specialty (plumbing, electricity, masonry...) would be a plus Contractual information:
