Location: New York
Family Health Centers at NYU Langone in Brooklyn seeks a Family Assessment Worker (Spanish required) to conduct outreach, screen families for home visiting services, and support positive parent–child bonding within a healthcare setting.
The role involves home visits, documentation of assessments, coordination of appointments, and empowering families to improve child health and development. Minimum HS diploma with at-risk family experience; bilingual Spanish required.
