POD Health is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator to support virtual visits and patient outreach in Brooklyn, NY. You will initiate calls, prepare patients for visits, and coordinate handoffs between patients and providers to ensure on-time starts.
You will also manage reminders, confirm appointments, document interactions in our systems, and assist with scheduling issues during clinic hours. Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Cantonese and 1–2 years of telehealth experience are required.
