Location: New York
Metlang seeks Georgian court interpreters for legal proceedings including proffers, arraignments, depositions, hearings, and trials. The role is a 1099 contract with pay at $100.25 per hour, requiring 2+ years of consecutive and/or simultaneous court interpreting, and expert fluency in English and Georgian.
Interpreters will translate, transcribe and analyze spoken language for legal contexts, handling forensic terminology, slang, and nuances.
