• High performer with 3‑5 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
• Experience handling domestic and cross‑border transactions on both the buy and sell side.
• Solid understanding of complex structural and corporate issues pertaining to acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers.
• Ability to communicate complex matters concisely in oral and written form with outstanding research and analytical skills.
• Excellent business and legal problem‑solving skills and commitment to delivering client service in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action‑oriented interest in taking on increased responsibility.
• Admitted to the state bar in which you practice or eligible to waive in.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000.

San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000.
