• Handle a broad range of litigation matters from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims
• Manage discovery, depositions, client communications, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
• Work directly with experienced litigation partners and clients across the country

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission in New York (required); additional bar admissions are a plus
• 2-6 years of relevant civil defense litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and case management skills
• Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
• A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
