Real Estate Attorney

A premier real estate law firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Associate to join its nationally recognised practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in real estate matters to work on high-profile transactions in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world.

The role will pay on the Cravath scale and offer top level exposure in a boutique law firm setting.

• A minimum of two years of law firm experience.
• Must have joint venture experience.
• Experience in working on broad commercial real estate transactions, including substantial commercial real estate finance experience.
• Experience in large-scale real estate acquisition, disposition, joint venture, development, financing, and leasing transactions.
• Experience to support acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must hold a relevant JD and be admitted to the New York bar.
