About the roleiLead Law Group is seeking an Experienced Immigration Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage a variety of immigration matters, including but not limited to:
Employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.)This role also involves reviewing and supervising the work of junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals. The candidate must be responsible, efficient, and detail-oriented
, with strong legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensure: Admission to practice law in the State of New York (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience
- Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required

The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Queens Office)
