Source Pro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Associate with Mass Tort experience to join a growing and dynamic practice within a prestigious global law firm.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in legal research and brief writing at trial and appellate court level.
- Experience drafting motions to dismiss and oppositions to class certification in a wide variety of substantive contexts.
- Experience drafting pre‑trial briefs on evidentiary/admissibility issues and on discovery‑related issues (including spoliation allegations) and general experience with appellate briefing.
- Large firm experience and strong academics.
