- Litigate and negotiate employment law matters on behalf of employees.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in employment discrimination, retaliation, and workplace rights cases.
- Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for hearings and trial.
- Appear in court and before administrative agencies as part of active case management.
- Work directly with clients, providing guidance and advocacy throughout the litigation process.
- 5 years of plaintiff‑side employment litigation experience.
- Strong litigation background, including motion practice and discovery.
- Commitment to employee advocacy and civil rights.
- Ability to work in‑office in NYC 4+ days per week.
- Experience Level: Mid‑Level (5 years)
- Salary Range: $170,000 – $170,000 per year
