We are now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years of proven residential property experience. This is an independent fee earning role, undertaking residential conveyancing. Enfranchisement and/or probate experience would be a bonus.

• Excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with clients, through efficiency and great client service.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise, manage own time and caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• Commercial and financial awareness with ability to take responsibility for financial control of own client matters.
• Committed team player able to achieve set targets.

The package is negotiable but will include:

• Competitive salary depending on level of experience.
