Labor Staff Associate

Overview

Dentons US LLP is seeking a staff associate with excellent academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join our Employment & Labor practice group in our New York office. The person hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Handling litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a focus on website accessibility
• Working with the team to provide guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance
• Conducting legal research and writing
• Supporting the team by performing work on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed

Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position in New York City is $160,000 to $190,000, based on experience. • Has exceptional writing, research and analytical skills

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Has strong critical thinking, judgment, and acceptance of responsibility

• Two or more years of litigation experience is required
• ADA accessibility law experience is a plus
• Candidates should be tech-savvy and comfortable with technology

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York and be in good standing
• Candidates must be registered with New York Federal Courts
