Junior Paralegal

Overview

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in NYC
. There is an occasional travel component to this role. The firm offers excellent benefits

• Collaborate with internal legal team, external counsel, partners, vendors, and others to resolve legal service and document production issues
• Ensure the company's litigation schedule is always up-to-date and accurate
• Assist with legal document preparation and drafting
• Manage confidential client information related to patents and intellectual property
• Provide general administrative and legal assistance as needed
• Salary: $60-70k annually, based on experience
• Benefits package includes health insurance, dental, vision, and 401k

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of Paralegal experience
• Previous experience in Litigation, preferred
• Able to travel as needed to provide trial support
• Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word
• Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through
