Our client is a global law firm and has been practicing for over 100 years. They seek an associate with 2 – 4 years of patent and/or trade secret litigation experience to join the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice group in either NYC, Washington DC, or Chicago. (Hybrid)

Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of technical analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. We are looking for candidates who can and want to assume immediate responsibility and who are willing to work on high-stakes cases as an integral part of a collaborative team.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Admission to the DC, Illinois, or New York Bar is required, as is an undergraduate degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or substantially similar.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred.
• An advanced science or technical degree, industry experience, and computer programming skills are pluses.
• To be considered, you must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.

The salary range is $235,000 to $310,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, there is a full range of benefits for you and your eligible dependents.
