Corporate Attorney, Associate - Partner | Private Equity | Extensive Reg D Offering Preparation and Complex Joint Venture Experience - Lateral Opportunity

We are actively recruiting a Corporate Attorney at the Associate to Partner level with significant experience in private equity transactions, Regulation D offering preparation, and complex joint venture structuring. This is a lateral opportunity for a highly skilled corporate attorney seeking to grow their practice within a dynamic and collaborative law firm environment.

Key

Qualifications:

4+ years of corporate transactional experience (partner level candidates also encouraged to apply)

Substantial experience with private placements, fund formation, and Reg D offerings

Proven expertise in joint venture agreements and complex entity structures

Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills

Ability to manage transactions independently or collaboratively as part of a deal team

Portable business a plus (for partner-level applicants), but not required for associate candidates
