Overview
Our client, a premier mid-size firm headquartered in NYC, seeks a junior level attorney on a contract basis to assist in their corporate practice. Fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan to start, and a hybrid schedule may be available down the line.
CompensationBase pay range: $50.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Qualifications- Attorney should have general corporate level experience. Any securities and public company experience is a plus.
