• Caseload Management: Take ownership of an established portfolio of plaintiff-side cases, maintaining the firm’s legacy of successful outcomes and ensuring excellence in client representation.
• Firm Leadership & Strategy: Play a key role in the firm’s leadership team—contributing to strategic planning, business development, and day‑to‑day management of firm operations.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Support the growth of junior attorneys through active mentorship, skills training, and professional guidance—helping shape the next generation of legal talent.

• 5+ years of experience
• Employment law experience

• Base salary: Up to $180K
• Performance-based bonus — related to trial outcome
