The Assistant Managing Attorney will work closely with the Managing Attorney to ensure the continued success of the firm’s Litigation Practice. The person in this role will be responsible for:

• Overseeing a team in the maintenance of the firm’s docket, the preparation of the litigation calendar, and the coordination of all e-filing activities.
• Offering procedural guidance to all litigators as well as providing training to attorneys, new team members, and other firm personnel.
• Calendaring filing deadlines, drafting legal documents, and alerting the attorneys of upcoming matters, in addition to effectively resolving any issues that arise.

Required Skills:

• JD is required along with admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules is necessary.
• Proficiency in electronic filing and calendaring procedures.
• Strong leadership skills, a proactive and strategic approach, and the ability to apply a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
