Overview
Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in NYC
. There is a travel component to this role. The firm offers excellent benefits

- Assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
- Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
- Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits
- Travel with legal team to provide support at trial
- Manage confidential client information related to patents and intellectual property
- Perform extensive legal and factual research
- Oversee and execute post-trial procedures
- Salary: $85-115k annually, based on experience

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years paralegal experience
- Must have International Trade Commission (ITC) experience
- Must have substantial litigation and trial experience
- Able to travel as needed to provide trial support
- Knowledgeable in navigating Westlaw, Lexis, and Pacer ECF
- Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
- Expert-level Blue booking and cite checking experience
- Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
